Founding Beta - Limited Availability

TomeOS Founding Beta

Full Operator-tier access. Free during beta. Founding pricing locked permanently after. We need publishers managing real catalogs who will tell us exactly where it breaks.

This is not a trial. It is a founding cohort. Applications are reviewed individually. Not everyone gets in.

Founding pricing: Operator tier free for 8 weeks, then locked at $149/mo vs. $199 public price - for life, as long as you stay subscribed.

What founding beta participants receive

01

Free Operator Access for 8 Weeks

The $199/month Operator tier, no charge. 1,200 agent turns per month. Full access to all five divisions: Research, Production, Platform Setup, Marketing, and QC workflows. Everything live from day one.

02

Personal Onboarding Call

60 to 90 minutes with the product team. We configure your workspace together - imprints, platform connections, ISBN registry, first title in the pipeline. You leave the call with a running system, not a product you have to figure out.

03

Founding Member Pricing, Locked for Life

Beta participants who convert to paid lock in founding pricing permanently: Starter at $97/mo, Operator at $149/mo, Studio at $374/mo. This pricing is not offered again at public launch.

04

Direct Line to the Product Team

Same-day response to bugs and broken workflows. Your feedback shapes what gets built next. This is the highest access you will ever have to the people building TomeOS.

What we ask for in return

Beta is not passive access. We need people who will use TomeOS on real books and give us specific feedback - the kind that tells us where workflows break, not just whether they liked it.

Apply for a founding beta spot

We review every application individually. We will respond within 2 business days.

Application received.

We received your application and will review it personally. You will hear from us within 2 business days either way - accepted applicants receive onboarding scheduling, and everyone else gets a waitlist spot for our general launch.

Forces specificity - be precise about your actual niche.

Tell us what tools you use, how you track titles, what is painful, what works.

What specific thing in your publishing operation breaks, takes too long, or feels unsustainable at scale?

Select all that apply.

Optional - series you are building, imprint structure, specific TomeOS feature you most want to test, etc.

Common questions

Yes. Full Operator-tier access, no charge, for the 8-week beta period. After beta, you are offered founding pricing - the best pricing this product will ever have. You choose whether to convert.
Possibly. We have two profiles we are recruiting for: volume publishers (4+ titles live) and serious newcomers who are building a real publishing operation from the start, with a plan. If you are experimenting with the idea of self-publishing, this beta probably is not the right fit - but our general launch waitlist is.
TomeOS is built for publishers, not developers. You do not need to know anything about AI or code. The onboarding call is designed to have you running in one session. If you can manage a KDP account, you can run TomeOS.
Your workspace stays live for 90 days after the beta period ends. Everything you have generated - registries, pipeline data, SOP outputs - is exportable and yours to keep. No lock-in.
